The most common cause of device malfunction is that a switch port goes bad (they do go bad), or the switch itself is overloaded (even though a given switch might have 24 PoE ports, not all 24 can be powered at full power in many brands). Try a different PoE enable port or a different switch. Lower port numbers generally work better. Higher port numbers have less power in some brands if lower ports are being used with other PoE devices.
